Food Trends
About
A 13,000 SF Midtown food hall retrofit into a full-service commercial kitchen for an established catering brand — delivered in five months.
Food Trends Midtown is a retrofit of an existing food hall into a full-service commercial kitchen occupying 13,000 SF of ground-floor space. Atlas Supreme worked with Food Trends as a design/build partner from the start — navigating pre-lease negotiations, scope development, and the expediting and filing strategy, de-risking the lease terms between tenant and landlord, and assigning early-stage budgets to the improvements needed before carrying the project into construction.
As builder, Atlas delivered the space in five months. The construction scope included partial demolition, major mechanical and plumbing work, new walk-in refrigeration, electrical, carpentry, and finishes — all to accommodate commercial production cooking equipment while creating a new retail experience with a tasting room and take-out service.
