Majesty’s Pleasure

About

Located in Manhattan's Flatiron District, Majesty's Pleasure is the first U.S. location for the award-winning Toronto beauty brand — a luxury build-out for a social beauty club where exacting craft meets the energy of grand hospitality. Atlas was engaged as General Contractor to deliver the brand's regional debut.

Since its inception in 2014, Majesty's Pleasure has built a reputation for going beyond traditional pampering — pairing nail and spa services with a fully operational cocktail bar, refreshment lounges and exceptional group experiences. For its first expansion outside Canada, the team sought a New York home that reflected its ethos of indulgence and sophistication.

Atlas transformed 3,400 SF inside an existing Flatiron building into a multi-functional environment that works as a beauty salon, bar and social hub at once. Self-performing the millwork and managing every trade, Atlas integrated service stations, a focal-point bar and social areas into a single seamless layout — collaborating closely with design partners Studio Author and Aikito to translate the brand's vision into a tangible, opulent interior.

The work demanded meticulous coordination within the constraints of an occupied urban structure and full compliance with New York City's building codes, secured through close work with regulatory bodies and a strict on-site safety program.
