Padel Haus Greenpoint

About

A 20,000 SF ground up space transformed into Padel Haus's largest and most ambitious club to date.

Located at 12 Berry Street on the Greenpoint–Williamsburg border, steps from McCarren Park, Padel Haus Greenpoint is the brand's latest Brooklyn club and the newest chapter in its partnership with Atlas Supreme. At 20,000 SF, it's the largest padel club in New York City — delivering five state-of-the-art indoor courts beneath soaring 28-foot ceilings, clearance built for aggressive lob play. The space also features a pro shop, Juice Haus bar, spa-like locker rooms with rain showers, premium fitness areas, and lounge and coworking space that carry the brand's design-forward aesthetic.

Atlas's involvement began well before construction. Working closely with Max Talpalar of Capricorn Retail Advisors, Atlas helped identify and secure the site, then served as the client's owner's representative — collaborating directly with the building's developer to ensure the base building was delivered to Padel Haus's exact specifications. With the shell built to spec, Atlas came in to execute the interior, self-performing all custom case and millwork and finish work to bring the club's high-end, community-first vision to life.

The result is the largest padel facility in New York City and a flagship-caliber addition to one of Brooklyn's most vibrant neighborhoods — a space designed to play, compete, and connect.
