Sui Yoga
About
An occupied conversion that more than doubled Sui Yoga's flagship SoHo studio into a full-service yoga and spa destination — completed without closing the doors on a live class schedule.
Atlas Supreme partnered with Sui Yoga to expand and reposition its flagship SoHo location, growing the footprint to roughly double its original size and adding a dedicated Spa Thermae wing alongside additional yoga studio space and an expanded café and lounge. The buildout introduced hot tubs, new treatment rooms for massage and cupping, upgraded locker rooms and showers, and a broader retail and hospitality presence at street level.
Because Sui Yoga remained open and fully booked throughout construction, the project required careful sequencing around an active class schedule — phasing demolition, MEP work, and finishes room by room to avoid disrupting members and teachers. Atlas worked in close, day-to-day coordination with ownership to adjust the schedule in real time, protect studio hours, and keep the space operating safely as a live construction site.
Signature finishes carry the brand's spa-forward identity throughout the expansion: hand-set Himalayan salt block walls, custom black millwork lockers with keypad entry, poured concrete vanities and sinks, warm lime-plaster walls, and a sculpted wood-slat ceiling over the reception and café area.
