A 26,000 SF Dumbo warehouse transformed into NYC's premier padel club — delivered in a quarter of the time.
Located in Brooklyn's creative industrial center, Padel Haus Dumbo is the brand's third NYC location built in partnership with Atlas Supreme. The project demanded complex coordination among the architect, MEP engineer, expeditor, and interior designer. Atlas transformed the warehouse into a high-end space featuring four year-round padel courts, a pro shop, juice bar, locker rooms, private offices, and a lounge overlooking the courts.
Atlas took on an expanded design/build role, appointing the architect, engineer, and expeditor while leading the MEP systems to realize the client's vision on budget. The construction scope included demolishing rolling gates, relocating steel columns to meet court-sizing requirements, and adding a new steel mezzanine — completed alongside new storefronts, custom case and millwork, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and finishes.
