How Atlas Supreme became Padel Haus' exclusive construction partner — growing from general contractor on a single Brooklyn club to the brand's in-house construction team driving a national rollout.
The Story
A partnership that grew with the brand.
In 2022, Padel Haus set out to open New York City's first premier padel club. They needed a builder who could turn raw industrial space into a world-class facility — and they chose Atlas Supreme.
Three jobs defined the partnership. Williamsburg was delivered design-bid-build — the traditional model — and went so well it became a blueprint. At Dumbo, the relationship changed: Padel Haus handed Atlas the full design/build mandate, from pre-lease through sign-off. Then came Nashville — the brand's first opening beyond New York, with Atlas embedded as the in-house construction team driving the national rollout into Atlanta and Denver.
Today Atlas is Padel Haus' exclusive construction partner across every market.
From foundation to national rollout.
Williamsburg
The foundation. Atlas came on as GC to a finished design, converting a vacant warehouse into NYC's first premier padel club — and setting the standard for everything that followed.
Dumbo
The turning point. Padel Haus handed Atlas the full design/build mandate — appointing the design team, leading MEP, and delivering a 26,000 SF flagship in a quarter of the original build time.
Nashville
The model travels. As Padel Haus' embedded construction team — owner's rep, CM, and executive in one — Atlas opens the brand's first club beyond New York, launching the national rollout.
Atlanta
A second market in the same year — the in-house playbook repeating at speed, carrying one standard of design and quality into a new city.
Denver
The rollout reaches the Mountain West — proof that a partner who builds the model can replicate it anywhere the brand grows.

Padel Haus Dumbo
The brand's third club and the turning point — where the relationship became design/build. Atlas transformed a 26,000 SF warehouse into four year-round courts, a pro shop, juice bar, lockers, private offices, and a lounge overlooking play. Atlas appointed the architect, engineer, and expeditor, led the MEP systems, and partnered with the interior designer on finishes — opening in 25% of the timeframe of the first location.

Padel Haus Williamsburg
The project that started it all. Atlas converted a vacant 13,000 SF warehouse — adjacent to the Domino Sugar Factory — into NYC's first premier padel club: four year-round courts, a pro shop, juice bar, lockers, steam room, and a lounge overlooking play. The build relocated steel columns to meet court-sizing requirements and added a new steel mezzanine, on an aggressive four-month schedule.
